1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of hardware products (hereafter referred to as "Products") that integrate the KaraFun software, developed by Recisio. By using the Products, you agree to comply with these terms as well as the General Terms of Use for KaraFun Software.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Products implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Use specific to the hardware, as well as the general terms for KaraFun software available online.

3. Use of Products

The Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless specific permission is granted by Recisio. Unauthorized commercial use may result in penalties and termination of access to services.

4. Restrictions

It is prohibited to modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software embedded in the Products, except as permitted by law.

5. Updates and Support

Recisio may provide updates for the software embedded in the Products, which may include improvements or bug fixes. Access to technical support and updates may require registration and may depend on maintaining an active KaraFun subscription.

6. Limited Warranty

Recisio warrants that the Products will be free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use for a period specified at purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, or other causes unrelated to material or manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Recisio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data arising from the use of the Products, even if Recisio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Return Policy

According to KaraFun’s return policy, Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the user's responsibility, except in cases of defective products.

9. Modifications to Terms

Recisio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the KaraFun website. Continued use of the Products after such modifications constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the updated terms.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
