By making a purchase on the KaraFun website, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms govern the commercial relationship between KaraFun and its customers. We recommend reading them carefully before making any transaction.

2. Products and Services

KaraFun offers physical products (such as karaoke equipment) and digital services (subscriptions to the karaoke streaming service) for sale. The essential features of the products and services are presented on our website in the product descriptions.

3. Prices

The prices of our products and services are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. KaraFun reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order

An order is validated when you click the "Confirm My Order" button at the end of the checkout process. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation, which constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms the sales contract between KaraFun and you.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of the order. You can pay by credit card or any other method available on the website.

6. Delivery

Physical products are shipped to the delivery address you provided when placing the order. Delivery times are provided for guidance only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled, and the customer refunded.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For physical products, under applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your products or subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal from KaraFun without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

8. Warranties and Liability

KaraFun is committed to providing products and services in compliance with legal provisions for conformity and warranties against defects. In case of non-compliance or defect, you can return the product or request a correction.

9. Personal Data Protection

Your personal information is collected for order processing and customer relationship management. In accordance with the law, you have rights to access, correct, and oppose the use of your personal data.

10. Disputes

Any disputes related to the execution or interpretation of these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent courts under common law conditions.
