Shipping policy

Delivery Zones:

We deliver our products across European Union, and the United States.


Shipping Fees:

Shipping is free for all orders over €50. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees will apply. The exact amount of shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your purchase.


Shipping Methods and Carriers:

Europe and the United Kingdom: Deliveries are handled by LOGVAD via Colissimo.

United States: Deliveries are handled by Flexport.


Shipping options are offered during the checkout process and vary depending on the destination and the content of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package.


Delivery Times:

Mainland France and Belgium: Delivery is usually completed within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Europe, United Kingdom, and the United States: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. These will be indicated during the checkout process.


Please note that business days do not include weekends and public holidays.


Order Processing:

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet the announced delivery times, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, carrier delays, etc.). We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.
