Refund policy
Returns for Physical Products:
You can return physical items purchased from our online store within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong delivery, etc.).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at shop@karafun.com with your order number and details of the item to be returned. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Exceptions:
Some items may be excluded from return or refund eligibility, such as gift cards, personalized products, or certain specific digital content. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product pages of the items concerned.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item or the cancellation request for digital services. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
